Every tower is fabricated, galvanized and finished the same way, down to the lodge's own logo cut into the platform.

CNC-cut aluminium and stainless steel logos for lodges, including SAVE Brasil and Araras

Every tower in this portfolio is built from mild steel, MIG-welded on an ESAB Smashweld 455 TopFlex feeding through an Origo Feed 304 Pro, with 0.8 mm wire under an argon–CO2 shielding mix. It is an unglamorous fact to put on a page about rainforest canopies, but it's the part that determines whether a joint holds up through twenty rainy seasons of thermal cycling and humidity — long after the view from the deck has stopped being news to anyone.

After welding, frames are galvanized or painted against the climate they're going into, then bolted together on site rather than welded in the field — assembly at height happens with a wrench, not a torch. The last step is often the smallest and the most visible: a lodge or reserve's own logo, cut in aluminium or stainless steel on a CNC router and mounted at the platform, the way SAVE Brasil and Pousada Araras have both done. It turns a structure into a signed one.
